Grants Pass School District No. 7 is now accepting applications for the following position for the 2021-2022 school year:
High School/Middle School
Educational Assistant – Music/Percussion
3.75 hours per day/181 day contract
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of and ability to play Percussion instruments.
- Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade. Also one of the following options:
- Two years of college study
- An associate’s (or higher) degree
- A passing score on the District’s reading, writing and math assessment.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Knowledge of and experience with computers.
- Knowledge of business English, spelling and mathematics; some knowledge of office practices and procedures; type at a working rate speed.
- Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with fellow employees and ability to get along well with students.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bilingual and bi-literate in Spanish preferred.
STARTING SALARY: $13.80-$14.69 per hour
