Grants Pass School District No. 7 is now accepting applications for the following position for the 2024-2025 school year:
North Middle School
Educational Assistant 8 hours per day/183 days to work
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade. Also, one of the following options:
- Two years of college study.
- An associate’s or higher degree.
- A passing score on the District reading, writing and math assessment.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Knowledge of and experience with computers.
- Knowledge of business English, spelling and mathematics; some knowledge of office practices and procedures; type at a working rate speed.
- Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with fellow employees and ability to get along well with students.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bilingual and bi-literate in Spanish preferred.
- Upon selection, employees will be required to pay for the following: $12.50 fingerprinting fee and $66 ODE fingerprinting processing fee.
STARTING SALARY RANGE: $15.53-$22.43 per hour. Dependent on experience/education.
