Music/Theatre Secretary
8 hours per day
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade.
- Knowledge of Business English, office procedures and practices, type with speed and accuracy, follow oral and written instructions, computer skills.
- Ability and willingness to adapt to job related duties.
- Ability to maintain harmonious working relationships with other employees and the public.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned by the Music/Theatre Department, Office Manager and/or Principal.
- Strong communication skills with teachers, students, parents, and community members.
- An ability to be a “self-starter” and quick learner.
- Bilingual and bi-literate in Spanish preferred.
- Upon selection, employees will be required to pay for the following: $12.50 fingerprinting fee and $66 ODE fingerprinting processing fee.
STARTING SALARY: $16.15-$23.33 per hour. Dependent on experience/education.
