Elementary Instructional Coach

 

Salary range: $53,339-$94,166
(Grant funded position)

 

A valid Oregon Teaching License is required.

 

Bilingual and bi-literate in Spanish preferred.

 

Start date of August 7th, 2024, up to 8 additional days at per diem rate of pay.

 

OVERVIEW:
This educator works with teachers and administrators to implement state standards and elementary curriculum materials, including coaching classroom teachers in best instructional practices. Planning, organizing and leading professional development is expected as part of this assignment. The educator promotes and develops successful learning for students, performs all duties in accordance with District Policies and terms of the teacher contract. The Teacher also maintains a cooperative attitude with staff, parents, and students.
