Elementary School Summer School

Current Elementary School Staff preferred

 

Description:
The goal of Elementary School Summer School is to engage students academically, support learning loss and keep students connected to peers, staff, and the school setting. Camps will be open to all currently enrolled elementary D7 students.       

 

Minimum student enrollment of at least 10 students per camp in order for the camp to be offered. Location of camp will be determined upon available space.

 

Flexible Dates:

Choose one or two weeks from the week of June 17th -21st (no class June 19th) and/or June 24th -28th.  

 

Time: 7:30am-11:30am

 

Certified = Per diem rate @ 4 hours per day

 

Classified = Daily rate of pay for supervision, curriculum rate for teaching camps. 

                                                                                               

Bilingual and Bi-literate in Spanish preferred.

"This posting is for a non-benefits position. Any qualified District 7 employee can apply for this position and the hours associated with this position can result in a new benefited position. This position can be combined with other District 7 hours to add to existing benefits. When combining positions, the hours worked cannot conflict or be changed to accommodate the new position. This does not apply for temporary and overflow positions.
