Grants Pass School District No. 7 is now accepting applications for the following temporary, in-district positions for summer 2024: 

 

Summer Meal Program

Food Service Assistant

(multiple positions available)

6.5 hours a day

June 10-June 27

 

Primary Duties:  Employees will prepare lunch meals, transport, and serve meals at park locations, recordkeeping, and perform cleaning tasks, put freight away, or other tasks assigned as needed. Hours and days of work are based by site meal participation and not to be considered guaranteed if participation decreases or sites are dropped. Hours may increase if meal participation warrants extra time.

                                                                                               

QUALIFICATIONS:

Similar job position requirements as Food Service Assistant.

  1. Food Handlers Card Required.
  2. Valid Oregon driver’s license required.
  3. Previous food service experience required.
  4. Bilingual and bi-literate in Spanish preferred.

 

SALARY: $ 14.61-$21.11 per hour. Dependent on experience/education.
