Grants Pass School District No. 7 is now accepting applications for the following position for the 2024-2025 school year:

 

Grants Pass High School, North Middle School,

and/or South Middle School

AVID TUTOR

1-4 days per week
     Hours vary between 8:30am-3:45pm

 

AVID Tutor: The AVID Elective class is in need of tutors to work with small groups of students during tutorials either in person and/or virtually. Tutorials are an organized group in which students bring questions about content or concepts they don’t understand. The students present their problem to the group and the students help each other understand the problem or concepts better. The job requires grading of student work; managing, supervising and interacting with students; and being organized. Understanding of content and/or concepts is not required, and you would be under the direct supervision of the AVID elective teacher, training will be provided.

 

 

SALARY: $14.70 per hour
